The Golden State Warriors had a terrible night against the Los Angeles Lakers on Saturday night, struggling to keep up with the Purple and Gold, who made the right adjustments to stop Stephen Curry and co.

The point guard reflected on this game after it was over, sending a confident message to the rest of the team and the fans, claiming they’re ready to bounce back in Game 4.

“That’s kind of the nature of a playoff series, especially because of how drastically different we play,” Curry told reporters after the game. “We’ll respond — got a lot of confidence in our ability to do that and it’s why you play the game.”

This is great to hear for Warriors fans, as the Dubs struggled a lot against the Lakers. Darvin Ham made the adjustments, putting Jarrett Vanderbilt on Draymond Green, leaving Anthony Davis to deal with JaMychal Green, and giving Austin Reaves the responsibility to try to stop Curry.

The Chef finished the game with 23 points, followed by Andrew Wiggins’ 16 and Klay Thompson’s 15. The Dubs tried to keep up, but after the first half, the game was given to the Lakers, who took off and never looked back.

Now, Game 4 will be a big one for the Warriors, as they want to return home with an even series. Going down 3-1 will be bad for them, but we already know that they can overcome that kind of deficit.

Stephen Curry Has Shown Time And Time Again He Can’t Be Doubted

Steph has another chance to boost his legacy, and as Jamal Crawford recently said, his book is still been written, so don’t be surprised if Curry bounces back in a great fashion in Game 4.

He looked depressed on the bench at the end of Game 3, but contrary to what many can think, this only means Curry will be ready for war in the next game.
