The sporting star has also now trimmed his beard, allowing him a rough and ready new look.
His muscular frame was never lacking, but it seems to have gone from strength to strength since the early days when he first started out in The Reds back in 2017.
As a devout Muslim, he shuns alcohol, which personal fitness trainer Isabella Murray has suggested plays a part in maintaining his exceptional figure.
He also has no shortage of self-discipline, having previously documented himself rising at 2:40am during the fasting month of Ramadan to catch up on training.
Isabella explained in an interview with Mail Online: ‘The essential body fat for men is 3% and for women it’s 15%.
‘To showcase his abs, Mo keeps both types of body fat (subcutaneous and visceral levels) low… so the abs can show through.’
A routine including cardio workouts may help, but Isabella has been quick to explain that his look isn’t achievable for everyone.
‘No matter how hard you try to get a six pack you may not get one due to your genetics,’ she has advised.
Self-discipline: It’s believed that Mo has an intensive workout routine and that this, combined with excellent genetics, is responsible for the muscular physique he’s known for

‘We all have the rectus abdominis muscle [which] gives the six pack look. However, your genes determine the length and size of it,” the trainer explained.
Mo doesn’t just have the look either – he clearly has sporting talent in spades, and is currently being hunted by numerous clubs simultaneously.
Rumour has it that the Saudi Pro League team are among those desperate to get the athletic star to sign on the dotted line.
However, Liverpool may be keen to keep him on side, given the tens of millions they have spent on him in recent years.
No matter what, Mo’s slew of recent shirtless snaps, alongside his spectacular performance on the pitch, has guaranteed that all eyes are on him.
